WHO WE ARE.
The Church of Atlanta is a place of belonging in the Kingdom of God, an unwavering presence in the Tri-Cities where everyone can find a home. We are more than a church; we are a family rooted in love, growth, and giving.
Here, transformation is expected as we create space for authenticity, wholeness, and purpose. We are not confined to four walls; we are boots on the ground, addressing housing crises, food insecurity, youth mentorship, environmental care, and spiritual renewal.
VISION.
Service is what we do.
We envision The Church of Atlanta as a transformative force in College Park, East Point, and Hapeville, building a stronger Tri-Cities through faith that moves beyond our walls and into the everyday lives of people. We see a church where people can freely approach God, discover who He has called them to be, experience genuine transformation, and live boldly and victoriously in faith.
As a fellowship of Love, a people of Growth, and a community of Giving, we envision a church deeply rooted in the Tri-Cities with an impact that reaches throughout South Atlanta and across the greater Metro Atlanta area. Through worship, discipleship, service, and intentional community engagement, we are Building Different, developing people who are strengthened by faith and equipped to strengthen the communities around them.
We exist to help people encounter God, grow in faith, discover purpose, and make a difference.
At The Church of Atlanta, we believe every person should have a place to belong, room to grow, and an opportunity to use what God has placed within them to serve others. Our purpose is expressed through three commitments that shape who we are: Loving, Growing, and Giving.
We love by creating authentic community, caring for people, and serving our neighbors with compassion. We grow through God’s Word, worship, discipleship, accountability, and meaningful relationships. We give by using our time, gifts, resources, and influence to meet real needs, restore hope, strengthen families, and build healthier communities.
Everything we do is ultimately about developing people who know God, walk boldly in purpose, love people well, and carry their faith into the world around them.

The Church of Atlanta is committed to building people, strengthening families, and serving communities through the life-changing message of Jesus Christ and the practical expression of His love.
Our mission begins in the Tri-Cities of College Park, East Point, and Hapeville, where we are committed to being a consistent and meaningful presence in the communities we serve. We gather people around the presence and Word of God, develop disciples who can live their faith boldly, cultivate genuine relationships and belonging, and mobilize people to serve where the needs are greatest.
We show up beyond Sunday worship. We serve our neighbors, respond to real needs, invest in families and future generations, create opportunities for connection and growth, and partner with others who share a commitment to stronger communities.
Rooted in the Tri-Cities, serving South Atlanta, and reaching throughout Metro Atlanta, we are building a church where everyone has a place, everyone has purpose, and everyone has something to give.
